Seasonal deals

We are sorry to announce that in accordance with state and county declarations of State of Emergency, we are unable to accept new reservations for stays during March 25, 2020 to April 30, 2020 at any of our rental cabins. These dates may change as state or local agencies lift or extend this declaration. During this time our staff is available to answer any of your questions.

Returning guest deal

For our returning friends we like to offer something extra special, 10% off your 2nd to 4th visits and 15% off your 5th & 6th visits with us. Returning guests in good standing with CMV may also be exempt from the security deposit hold. We hope this gives you an added incentive to come back to the Smokies and stay with us a little longer this time!

Active military deal

To honor the service of our military men and women, we offer a 10% discount off your stay with us. It is an honor that you have chosen to spend your leave time with us! Valid military ID must be presented at time of check-in.
